USEFUL INFORMATION

PURCHASE

The ticket can be purchased from all official Trenord points of sale. Tickets purchased ONLINE can only be used on the day chosen during purchase, do not require validation, are fully digital thanks to the dynamic QR code, and are not sent in PDF format. You can find your digital ticket in your account on the trenord.it mobile website or the Trenord App. You can show it directly from your smartphone or tablet to Trenord staff during inspection.

Tickets purchased in a TICKET OFFICE, from SELF-SERVICE MACHINES or from TRENORD RETAILERS are valid for one day once validated.

TRAIN

The ARTIGIANO IN FIERA 2024 ticket allows for one return journey in second class on Trenord trains (excluding the Malpensa Express).

USE

The ticket is valid for one adult. Children under 14 travelling with the special ticket holder ride for free.

CHANGES

It is not possible to change the travel date.

REFUNDS

The ARTIGIANO IN FIERA special ticket is non-refundable.

INSPECTIONS

If requested, the Trenord ticket must be presented to Trenord staff in printed or electronic format (on your smartphone).

GROUPS

In case of groups of more than 10 people, before purchasing the tickets, it is necessary to check if the train is available by contacting comitive@trenord.it.
