RE80 Line: Locarno-Lugano-Chiasso-Milano Centrale (via Monte Ceneri base tunnel)
The RE80 Line offers connections every 30 minutes between Locarno and Chiasso, via the Ceneri Base Tunnel. Hourly connections are extended to/from Milano Centrale. Connections run from 6 a.m. to 1 a.m. and stop at Tenero, Gordola, Riazzino, Cadenazzo, Sant'Antonino, Lugano, Paradiso, Mendrisio, Chiasso, Como S. Giovanni, Camerlata, Seregno and Monza.
From 11 December 2022, some departure times are adjusted in the order of minutes to improve schedule stability.
S10 Line: Biasca-Bellinzona–Lugano–Chiasso–Como S. Giovanni (via Monte Ceneri base tunnel)
S10 Line connections run every 30 minutes from 4:30 am to 1:00 am. During peak hours some connections are extended to/from Airolo. All connections from 6 a.m. to midnight run via the Ceneri Base Tunnel. Trains on Lines S10 and S50 run coupled between Biasca and Mendrisio.

S30 Line: Cadenazzo–Luino–Gallarate
S30 Line connections run every 2 hours from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. At Cadenazzo, thanks to the Ceneri Base Tunnel, connections to/from Lugano, to/from Bellinzona and to/from Locarno are always optimised with important reductions in travel time.
From 11 December 2022, the first S30 connection from Luino towards Cadenazzo leaves at 5:43 a.m. instead of 5:18 a.m.
Until 10 June 2023, travellers heading to Gallarate must change trains in Luino. The travel time remains the same.
Starting in September 2023, an additional link between Gallarate and Bellinzona will be introduced from Monday to Friday. The connection leaves Gallarate at 3:17 pm and arrives in Bellinzona at 5:22 pm.
S40 Line: Como-Mendrisio-Varese
S40 Line services run every 60 minutes Monday through Saturday from 5:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. By also using the S50 (Biasca-Bellinzona-Lugano-Varese-Malpensa) and S10 (Biasca-Bellinzona-Lugano-Chiasso-Chiasso-Como S. Giovanni) connections, it is possible to travel between Como and Varese every 30' (with a change in Mendrisio).
The entire Como-Varese route is travelled in about 45'.

S50 Line: Biasca-Bellinzona–Lugano–Varese–Malpensa (via Monte Ceneri base tunnel)
S50 Line connections run every 60 minutes from 4:30 a.m. to 1 a.m.; all connections from 6 a.m. to midnight run through the Ceneri Base Tunnel.
Trains on Lines S50 and S10 run coupled between Biasca and Mendrisio. By also using the S40 Como-Mendrisio-Varese connections, it is possible to travel between Mendrisio and Varese every 30' (with a change in Mendrisio).
The S50 line also provides hourly connections to Milan Malpensa International Airport (Terminals 1 and 2).
