Methods of purchasing travel tickets and sales channels

It is possible to purchase tickets and subscriptions:
- at all ticket offices;
- online through the new TRENORD App;
- online on this website;
- via self-service automatic ticket machines;
- at all authorized retailers.
The travel ticket can also be purchased on board the train, limited and in compliance with what is stated in the General Conditions of Transport (Chapter 5).
If the traveler requests regularization on board, if they departed from a location disabled for sales, the ticket will be issued without any surcharge.
For this purpose, we specify that a station is considered disabled for sales only if: the ticket office is closed, there is no functioning automatic ticket machine, and any authorized retailers are closed or located more than 350 meters from the station.
In case the traveler purchases a ticket on board the train, if they departed from a staffed station, the ticket price will be increased by a Supplementary Charge of €4.50.
We also remind that the travel ticket can be pre-purchased and must be validated (if required) before use at the appropriate validators in the station. Manual validation is provided in the following cases:
- paper tickets;
- use of COP with recharge receipt on entities unable to perform electronic verification.
