Find out more about the Malpensa - Milano Cadorna line

Trains on the Malpensa - Milano Cadorna MXP1 line take you from Milano Cadorna station to Terminal 1 of Malpensa airport, and vice versa, in 37 minutes.

With the Malpensa Express train you avoid traffic and parking costs at the airport, because it leaves you under Terminal 1, a few minutes walk from the arrivals area, which is located on the ground floor, while the departures area, the check-in area and the boarding gates are on the first floor.

Arriving in Milano Cadorna you can find trains for the regional lines for Asso, Varese, Laveno, Como Lago, Novara and the Suburban for Camnago and Saronno.

To move around the city of Milano, on the other hand, at the Milano Cadorna station there are two ATM subway lines, red M1 and green M2, as well as numerous urban and extra-urban surface vehicles and taxi parking lots.

If you move on foot, in a few minutes you can reach the Sforzesco Castle, the Sempione Park and the Triennale, with a slightly longer walk you can get to the Duomo, or to the luxury shopping streets, the Quadrilatero della Moda. Also not far from Milano Cadorna is the characteristic Brera district, animated all year round by restaurants and clubs, but also interesting for the presence of the Pinacoteca di Brera and, during the Salone del Mobile, by the numerous installations and initiatives related to the Fuorisalone.

The Malpensa Express, Malpensa - Milano Cadorna MXP1, also stops in Milano Bovisa; here you can change trains with the regional ones that go towards Asso, Milan Domodossola and Milan Cadorna, or the suburban ones towards Camnago and Mariano comense or towards the Passante Ferroviario.

The Milano Bovisa station is close to the headquarters of the Bovisa Polytechnic.

Outside Milano, the Malpensa Express Malpensa - Milano Cadorna MXP1 train stops in Saronno, where you can interchange with the regional lines to Como Lago, Varese, Laveno and Novara and the suburban to Albairate.

Before reaching Malpensa Airport, the Malpensa Express train, Malpensa - Milano Cadorna MXP1, stops in Busto Arsizio; in the sister station, Busto Arsizio FS, a short distance away, the trains of the lines for Varese, Mendrisio, Porto Ceresio, Arona, Domodossola also stop.
