Concessions and facilities are provided for customers with disabilities, to simplify the train journey.

IVOLA card

People with disabilities can request, through the Regione Lombardia, the REGIONAL CARD IO VIAGGIO OVUNQUE IN LOMBARDIA (IVOL) AGEVOLATA, which allows you to travel on all Trenord trains at a discounted price. The characteristics of the three bands, as well as the forms for requesting the card release, can be found on the Regione Lombardia website.

Other facilities

• Free travel for the person accompanying the disabled person [only in the case of trips made in groups, over 10 travelers];
• Purchase of the ticket on board the train without the obligation to report to the control staff;
• Access to the train thanks to CartaBlu (not combinable with other discounts).
