ATTENTION: In the absence of prior communication, by promptly informing the station staff or staff on board the train, every reasonable effort will be made to provide the necessary assistance for the trip to the disabled person or person with reduced mobility, in compliance with the provisions by the EC Regulation n. 872/2021.

To facilitate consultation, the accessibility features and services available to users of the FERROVIENORD stations are divided between Stations of the Milan branch and stations of the Iseo branch.

 

Tariffs and Benefits

Passengers with disabilities and / or reduced mobility can purchase, extend the route and change the itinerary, as well as validate the ticket on board, for themselves and / or their companion, at no extra charge and without the obligation to show up to the control staff.

IO VIAGGIO AGEVOLATA

Persons with disabilities can request, through the Lombardy Region, the REGIONAL CARD IO VIAGGIO OVUNQUE IN LOMBARDIA (IVOL) FACILITATED, which allows you to travel on all Trenord trains at a discounted price. The characteristics of the three bands, as well as the forms for requesting the card release, can be found on the Regione Lombardia website.

 

CARTA BLU

The CARTA BLU is a Trenitalia product and can be used by people with disabilities who are holders of the accompanying allowance, as per Law no. 18/80 and subsequent amendments and additions, in particular of Law no. 508/1988 (including absolute / total blind people), and to the holders of communication allowances, as per Law no. 381 of May 26, 1970, residing in Italy.
The CARTA BLU is free and valid for 5 years, it can be requested directly at the Trenitalia ticket offices; allows you to take advantage of the FREE TRAVEL FOR THE ACCOMPANYING PERSON.
