Rail transport strike in Lombardy on 19 may 2024

From 03:00 on Sunday, May 19th to 02:00 on Monday, May 20th, 2024, the unions CUB Trasporti, SGB, and USB have declared a National Strike that may impact the Regional, Suburban, Airport, and Long-Distance services of Trenord.

Guaranteed service intervals will not be active, as the strike is on a holiday.

In case of cancellation of airport service trains, non-stop replacement buses will be set up between:

Milano Cadorna and Malpensa Airport for the Malpensa Express. Buses from Milano Cadorna will depart from Via Paleocapa 1.
Stabio and Malpensa Airport for the S50 Malpensa Airport – Stabio airport link.
